Well as all gay and lesbian folks are struggling to be able to get married or at least have a civil union or domestic partnership….some gay and lesbian folks that already were able to get married or have a civil union or domestic partnership are finding it hard to get divorced!
If you still live in the same state that you got married in (Massachusetts is the only state at this time) or if you still live in the same state that you got a civil union or domestic partnership in then the divorce process is already set out for you and should be relatively painless. But if you live in a different state now, then that’s where the problems arise.

Obviously we all know that even though we are fighting for our rights to get married that there are definitely going to be some divorces…….I don’t think that comes as a suprise to any of us, but how do you feel about us potentially having a difficult time getting divorced?? What are your thoughts on this subject?
